Elsa J. has extensive experience in mission operations, currently serving as the Instrument Operations Manager at Malin Space Science Systems Inc. since February 1998. In this role, Elsa has contributed to several significant NASA missions, including Mars Global Surveyor, Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, Mars Exploration Rovers, JUNO mission to Jupiter, ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter, Mars Science Laboratory rover, and Mars 2020 rover mission. Prior to this position, Elsa worked as an Engineer at SeaSpace from 1994 to 1998. Elsa holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Controls Engineering, both earned at UC San Diego.
