Greg Casteel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and product configuration within the boating industry. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at Malibu Boats since December 2022, Greg previously held the position of CPQ Engineer at Kastle Systems and served as a Senior Business Systems and Process Analyst at Malibu Boats from May 2013 to October 2021. With prior roles including Senior Staff Member for Emergency Services at B&W Y-12 LLC and Product Configuration Manager for MasterCraft Boat Company, Greg has a proven track record in developing and maintaining product configurators, inventory management, cost analysis, and process optimization. Greg obtained a degree in Contemporary Business Management from Roane State Community College and has a foundational education from Middle Tennessee State University and Maryville High School.
