Miguel (Angel) Alvarez has extensive experience in operations management and human resources within the staffing industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager and IT at Maleko Personnel since September 2013. In this role, Miguel oversees HR operations across 11 branches in multiple states, focusing on aligning processes with company values to foster quality, safety, and ethical practices.
