Shahrul Nizar Ghazali has extensive experience in finance and internal audit, currently serving as Head of Finance for InFlight Operations at Malaysia Airlines since May 2008, following a role as Manager of Internal Audit. Prior to Malaysia Airlines, Shahrul worked at NSTP (M) Sdn Bhd as Assistant Manager for Corporate Governance & Risk Management from May 2005 to May 2008, and at Celcom as Executive Internal Audit from October 2001 to May 2005. Early career experience includes working as an Accounts Officer at Omron (M) Sdn Bhd from February 1999 to October 2001. Shahrul earned a Degree in Accountancy (Hons) from University Technology MARA (UiTM) between 1993 and 1998, and completed secondary education at SM Izzuddin Shah, Ipoh from 1988 to 1992.
