Molly Puryear has extensive experience in the field of dance and arts management, serving as the Executive Director of Malashock Dance since September 2006, where the mission focuses on promoting dance for personal expression through participation, education, and artistic collaboration. In addition to this role, Molly holds multiple positions such as Executive Director at ART PRODUCE since May 2018, President of the Board of Directors at A Step Beyond since November 2016, and Advisory Board Member at A Step Beyond. Previous involvement includes serving as a Steering Committee Member for San Diego Dance Connect from September 2014 to October 2016 and participating as a committee member for the Celebrate Dance Festival in 2010. Molly Puryear received a BFA in Dance from the University of North Texas, graduating in 2003.
