Tracey Cunningham has worked in various roles and companies over the years. Tracey started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters in 2010, before becoming a Human Resources Associate at Open Society Foundations. Tracey then moved on to work as an HR Business Partner at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they served as the Head of People & Performance at Restless Development in 2017-2018. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Head of HR at GATSBY AFRICA. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Director at Malaria Consortium, starting in October 2021.
Tracey Cunningham obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from RMIT University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Diploma of Psychology at Deakin University from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their academic background, Tracey obtained certifications such as the Chartered CIPD from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT in October 2020, as well as the Associate CIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in August 2012.
