Florence Valverde has extensive experience in the insurance and service sectors, having worked with Malakoff Humanis since August 2006 in various leadership roles, including responsibility for the Assistance aux metiers Conseil entreprises and Prévoyance departments, overseeing a team of over 100 individuals. Key achievements include enhancing client experience through digital channel reorganization, managing a health department with a team of 180 and a budget exceeding 10 million euros, and leading automation projects to improve operational efficiency. Prior to Malakoff Humanis, Florence Valverde held project management positions at Air Liquide, where process mapping for sales was implemented, and Randstad, contributing to the establishment of a specialized agency for the transport sector. Florence Valverde's academic background includes a Master's degree in Management from UVSQ and a Maîtrise in Marketing/Vente from ICSV.
