Jaime Thomas is an experienced communications and outreach professional currently serving as the Outreach and Communications specialist at MalaikaDRC since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing the organization's social media presence and coordinating an international team. Since November 2015, Jaime has also been the Outreach and Development Coordinator for Maasai Partners Tanzania, focusing on website improvement, photography, and fundraising efforts, while playing a key role in branding and creating consistent promotional materials. Additionally, Jaime has worked as a Creative Consultant for Discover Unfold and held various writing positions at Manchester Newspapers, thefreegeorge.com, and Press Republican. Jaime holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, one in Magazine Journalism and another in French and Photography.
