Xing Lan, P.E., is an experienced Project Engineer at MakoRabco since September 2017, responsible for leading projects and serving as the Engineer of Record in designated states, with expertise in designing structures made of cold-formed steel, structural steel, concrete, and masonry. Prior to this role, Xing served as a Lab Leader and Research Assistant at the University of North Texas, managing research teams and conducting studies on the structural performance of cold-formed steel framed systems. Xing holds a Master's degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Cold-formed Steel Structure and Construction Management from the University of North Texas, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from China Three Gorges University.
