Craig Harvey is a Senior Field Service Engineer at Stryker, where responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction through technical support, repairing engineering systems, completing upgrades, servicing hospital-owned systems, and managing the Stryker RIO demo fleet. Harvey has been with Stryker since February 2013, previously working as a Field Service Engineer and Senior Technical Support Technician II. In addition to current roles, Craig has been involved with MAKO Surgical Corp. since February 2012 as a Technical Support Technician 2, assisting in factory service and maintenance of robotic systems and supporting system-level validations. Harvey began a career in the construction industry as a Forman at Corporate Construction Inc. from April 2008 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Western Connecticut State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Western New England University.
