Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic body care products. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office between February 2016 and 2019. From August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
