Shubhankar Raj Agarwal is currently an Associate Product Manager at MakeMyTrip since April 2023. Previously, Shubhankar served as an Executive Member at SysSoc - Systems and Operations Society, FMS Delhi from March 2022 to October 2022, and as a Risk Management Analyst at American Express from April 2022 to June 2022. Shubhankar also held the position of Product Manager at Ketto, focusing on increasing Customer Acquisition of SIP users and strategizing a 3+ month product roadmap. Prior experiences include working as a Senior Analyst at Capgemini, providing L2 Support for a Pharma client in the US & Canada region, and as a Software Developer at Hospiton, where Shubhankar digitized patient consultations and appointment booking systems. Earlier roles encompassed web development at HappyMongo, including building a web application for question storage and designing an ML classification framework. Shubhankar holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BTech in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
