Millie Mussett has held a variety of roles since 2017. Millie began as a Sales Advisor for French Connection at the Cheltenham House of Fraser branch, where they processed deliveries, cashed up the till, supported their manager with stock-take, emails, payroll, time-sheets, visual merchandising, and provided excellent customer service. In 2017, they also worked as a Student Ambassador for Bournemouth University. In 2018, Millie worked as a Video Editor for CHALKE VALLEY HISTORY FESTIVALS LIMITED and as a Student Scriptwriter for Bournemouth University. Her scripts were awarded high firsts and were showcased at screenings and installation events. In 2019, Millie worked as a Production Runner Talent Pool for BBC and as a Sales Partner for John Lewis & Partners, where they were also temporarily transferred to Waitrose to restock shelves and marshall cues during the first wave of Covid-19. In 2020, Millie worked as a Videographer for THE HOLST BIRTHPLACE TRUST, a Social Media Organiser for the short film series "Tales from the Edge," and an Assistant Director for the film "A Woman's Life." Finally, in 2022, Millie will begin as a Researcher for Makematic, where their duties will include visual development, archive sourcing, creating SRTs, VTTs, and Transcripts in Premiere Pro.
Millie Mussett has a diverse educational background. Millie began their studies at Thomas Keble Secondary School from 2008 to 2013. Millie then attended Cirencester College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied A-levels. Following this, they attended Bournemouth University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a BA(Hons) Media Production. In 2020, they began a Master of Arts - MA in Film at Queen's University Belfast and is currently enrolled. Additionally, they are also a member of the National Youth Theatre.
