Elisabeth J Hayes is an experienced producer and associate producer at MAKE, a design studio focused on storytelling through motion graphics and animation, since November 2014. Prior to that, Elisabeth held various management positions at Caribou Coffee from March 2009 to April 2014, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Elisabeth also contributed to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities as a development associate, where notable achievements included redesigning development processes for a $4.7 million organizational budget. Previous experience includes serving as a development assistant at the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, where efforts led to the successful overhaul of the Animal Sponsorship program, and an interim development associate role at the Resource Center of the Americas. Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a Conflict Studies minor from Hamline University and pursued graphic design studies at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
