Marg Kampers, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Marg began their career as the Director of Clinical Records at St. Thomas Psychiatric Hospital in 1980. From there, they moved on to become the Director of Systems and Decision Support at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital in 1993. Throughout their time at these hospitals, Marg demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.

In 2006, Marg joined London Health Sciences Centre as the Manager of Clinical App Support and later became the Integrated Director of Medical Affairs. Their responsibilities included managing relationships with the Professional Staff and overseeing the implementation of the Cerner System and SurgiNet. Marg also provided support for various projects involving the Cerner EPR and smaller hospitals in the region.

In 2011, Marg worked as an Engagement Leader at Cerner Corporation, where they were responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients and providing support for production events, client transitions, and change control processes.

Marg's experience in project management continued at Regional Hospitals, where they served as the Regional Director of Information Systems. As the Regional Project Manager for Project HUGO, they oversaw the implementation of computerized provider order entry and electronic medical administration record systems.

At eVOLVE Project, ESC, Marg took on the role of Senior Program Manager from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they demonstrated their expertise in program management.

From 2016 to 2018, Marg worked at MAKE Solutions Inc. as a Project Management Consultant, Project Manager, and Management Consultant. Marg provided consultancy services and managed various projects during this period.

Currently, Marg is employed as a Senior Project Manager at Lumeo Regional HIS Project. Their role involves leading the implementation of a regional Health Information System for six organizations.

Throughout their career, Marg has developed a strong skill set in project management, relationship management, and process improvement. Marg is known for their ability to lead complex projects and deliver key strategic priorities.

Marg Kampers, PMP, has a diverse and extensive education history in the fields of project management and health services management. In 2007, Marg Kampers obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Marg also attended the Canadian Healthcare Association from 1994 to 1996 and studied Health Services Management. In 1983, they completed a degree in Administration from the Canadian College of Health Record Administrators, specializing in Health Records Administration. Furthermore, in 1980, they obtained a Diploma in Health Records Technician from Fanshawe College.
