Sophie Costin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sophie is currently working at Make Real Ltd as the Director of Learning since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Learning Design at Make Real Ltd from January 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Make Real Ltd, Sophie worked at Brightwave Group as a Learning Consultant from June 2018 to December 2018, where they closely collaborated with clients to identify business challenges and provide training solutions. Sophie also served as a Senior Learning Designer at Brightwave Group from September 2014 to June 2018.

Sophie's career began at Kineo, where they worked as a Learning Designer from September 2011 to September 2014. Sophie'sresponsibilities included creating e-learning design solutions and effectively conveying technical information in a reader-friendly manner.

Prior to their work in the e-learning industry, Sophie gained experience in retail and office administration roles. Sophie worked as an Assistant Manager at The Works from September 2008 to April 2011, handling office duties, staff management, and implementing security and health and safety checks. Sophie also worked as a Curator's/Office Assistant at Charleston from June 2008 to September 2008, participating in catalog construction, conservation work, and other office tasks.

Sophie's early career included a role as a Gallery Assistant at The Fabrica from June 2007 to September 2008, where they engaged with visitors, contributed to the gallery magazine, and assisted in various projects related to the exhibitions.

Before entering the professional field, Sophie worked as a Sales Assistant at The Book Depot from September 2004 to January 2008.

Throughout their career, Sophie Costin has developed a strong background in learning design, consultancy, project management, and retail operations. Sophie possesses a range of skills and expertise that have contributed to their success in various roles.

Sophie Costin pursued their education in art history, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts degree in the field from the University of Sussex. Sophie successfully completed their undergraduate studies from 2005 to 2008, achieving a first-class honours degree. Sophie then advanced their knowledge in the subject by pursuing a Master's degree at The Courtauld Institute of Art. Sophie'sfocus during their time there was on the history of art, and they attended the institute from 2009 to 2010.
