Ryan Timpany is an experienced xR R&D Designer at Make Real Ltd since October 2019, focusing on immersive learning technologies. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at LEO Learning for nearly a decade as a Digital Designer - Technical, specializing in game-based learning, game design, and art direction, with additional experience in VR and AR applications. Earlier in Ryan's career, positions included Developer at Epic Performance Improvement Limited and Senior Technical Designer at Laragh Courseware, where Ryan developed Flash templates and contributed to various e-learning projects.
