Charlie Merritt is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Stand Up For Me, Inc. since December 2018, Charlie focuses on technological innovations for people with spinal cord injuries. Additional roles include Accessibility Tester at Fable, where analysis of web and mobile experiences contributes to improved accessibility, and Vice President of Business Development at Stalwart COM LLC, specializing in assistive technology for veterans. As Treasurer at disAbility Solutions for Independent Living, Charlie supports community-based initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Community Advocate at Quadcapable, Research Assistant at Human Engineering Research Laboratories, and leadership positions with Paralyzed Veterans of America and Dynamic Recovery Inc. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Penn State University and an MBA from Stetson University.
