Muskaan Mahendru has extensive experience in community organization, currently serving in various roles at Make A Difference since May 2018, including Community Organizer, Community Operations Associate, and Strategist for Shelter Operations. Responsibilities include managing and mobilizing city managers across three cities, strategizing program delivery with directors, and building capacity for a volunteer base exceeding 100 individuals. Previously, Muskaan held the position of City Team Lead, where efforts focused on enhancing team effectiveness and maintaining city culture. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at SBI Mutual Fund, where insights into mutual funds and customer application reviews were gained. Muskaan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Graphic Era Hill University, completed in 2019.
