Afsar T A currently serves as a Senior Community Organizer at Make A Difference, where responsibilities include overseeing operations across four chapters and impacting over 450 vulnerable children and youth by delivering a comprehensive care model aimed at breaking intergenerational poverty cycles. Previous roles at Make A Difference include Program Associate in Aftercare and Program Coordinator, where Afsar led initiatives that benefitted over 75 youths. Additionally, Afsar contributed as City Team Lead and Volunteer at Manthan Sanstha, focusing on educational support for marginalized communities. Afsar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from MES College Marampally.
