Isaiah Flood began their work experience in 2018 as a Software Developer at Parasource Marketing and Distribution. Isaiah then moved on to work at Hamilton Public Library in 2019, where they held a role in Digital Technology until 2022. Currently, Isaiah works as a Business Analyst at MAK Consulting Group, starting in February 2022.

Isaiah Flood attended Mohawk College from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained an Ontario Colleges Advanced Diploma in Computer Software Development. Isaiah also completed an Ontario Colleges Diploma in Computer Software Support from the same institution in 2015-2017. In May 2021, Isaiah also obtained a certification in Business Analytics from the Harvard Business School Online.
