Andy Lancaster currently serves as the Account Services Manager at Majority Strategies since February 2022. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Partner at BCHL Strategic Partners from March 2019 to August 2021, where strategic political insights were provided for clients. Andy also served as the Vice President of MWC Advocacy at McGuire Woods Consulting from December 2015 to March 2019, specializing in advocacy projects in Raleigh, NC. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the North Carolina Office of the Governor from January 2013 to December 2015, overseeing multiple governor's offices and event planning for Governor McCrory. Andy was a member of the Governor-Elect's Transition Team in late 2012 and served as State Political Director for The Pat McCrory Committee in mid-2012, coordinating campaign efforts across counties and regions.
