Yan Shuai is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the BPO sector. Currently serving as a Business Development Partner at arvato China since June 2019, Yan previously held the position of VP of Sales at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included new business development across China and the APAC region. Prior to that, Yan was the Sr. Director of Business Development at VXI Global Solutions, focusing on the Greater China region. Yan began a career at HP as Chief of Staff, following an extensive academic journey that includes a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Information Resources Management from Loughborough University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
