Inês Godinho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Group Learning Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships at Majid Al Futtaim since August 2017, Inês has held several key positions including Director of Retail Learning & Development and Head of Learning and Development. Prior roles include Group Learning & Development Manager at Kentech Group, Turnaround Training & Onboarding Consultant at Shell, and International Services HR & Training Consultant at Deft - Training & Manpower. Inés began the career as a Director and Sciences Teacher at Escola Profissional Bento de Jesus Caraça and has held training consultancy roles at IEFP and Galp.
