Prior to this role, Sacha held various management positions at Hotel Chocolat from August 2013 to July 2014, culminating in the role of Senior Sales Assistant. Sacha's educational background includes a WSET Wines & Spirits Level 3 qualification obtained between 2014 and 2015, a Master of Arts in Contemporary British History from Queen Mary University of London (2012-2013), and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution (2009-2012).
