Kevin Ginley started their career in 2005 at O'Neal Flat Rolled Metals as the General Manager, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to Majestic Steel USA, initially serving as the Director of Commercial Sales before being promoted to Vice President of Commercial Sales in August 2017.

Kevin Ginley completed their high school education at Saint Ignatius High School from 1981 to 1985. Kevin then pursued a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Communications at Boston College from 1985 to 1989.
