Kevin Tibbits has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kevin began their career in the US Navy, where they held various positions from 1981 to 1997. Kevin then worked as the Rooms Division Manager at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Charlotte from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they served as the Sales Manager at Guard-One Protective Services from 2001 to 2004. Most recently, they have been the President and CEO of Majestic Security Services, Inc. since November 2004.

Kevin Tibbits attended Central Texas College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Kevin then studied Southeast Asian Studies at the University of Maryland from 1991 to 1994, though no degree was specified.
