Sultan Al Ansari has extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & Development at Majan Electricity Company SAOC since November 2018. Prior roles include Head of Learning and Development, where responsibilities involved training needs analysis, prioritizing training requirements, and overseeing execution of learning programs. Sultan also held the positions of Acting Head of Learning & Development, Training Supervisor, and Training Officer within the same company, focusing on employee development, training coordination, and budget management. Previous experiences include roles in purchasing and administration at Oman Pharmaceutical Products Co. LLC and Marsa Majees Trad. & Cont. Est. & Transport, respectively. Sultan Al Ansari earned a Bachelor of Science in Operation Management from Sultan Qaboos University.
