Joy Laskar

Joy Laskar is a prominent figure in the fields of electrical engineering and technology entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Stealth Mode since February 2024, Laskar also holds multiple leadership roles within Maja Systems, including Co-Founder, CTO, and Senior Vice President, along with being a Board Member since March 2016. Laskar has a history of impactful roles such as Partner at Anayas360 and Vice President of Advanced Technology at Insite Partners, LLC. With academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at HKUST and as a Schlumberger Chair Professor at Georgia Institute of Technology, where Laskar founded the Georgia Electronic Design Center, contributions to advancing mixed-signal communication systems have been significant. Early career experiences include positions at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and IBM. Educational credentials include a PhD and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
