Conor Shaw is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles across prestigious venues. Currently serving as a Partner at Maitre LLC since April 2024, Conor previously held the position of Director of Rooms at Adare Manor from March 2022 to August 2023. Conor's tenure at The Merrion Hotel in Dublin spanned nearly nine years, during which time roles included Hotel Manager, Director of Guest Relations, Assistant Director of Sales, Events & Groups Manager, Sales Executive, Management Trainee, and Concierge. Conor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin and a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
