Roger Amaral has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Roger started their career with an internship at Banrisul, where they gained knowledge in object-oriented programming and worked with various programming languages. Roger then worked as a software developer at Faurgs-TI and Datum T.I., maintaining and developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP, VB, and VB.NET.

In 2011, Roger joined Stefanini as a Software Developer Team Lead, providing technical support to the development team and managing sprint backlogs with the Scrum Team. Roger later transitioned to Perto S.A., where they worked as a Senior Software Developer and Analyst, focusing on electronic ticketing and retail systems. Roger'sresponsibilities included improving and implementing new features in the framework used in these areas.

From 2014 to 2018, Roger worked at Sequor Softwares Industriais as a Senior Software Developer and Analyst. During this time, they integrated and developed features for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Logistic Execution System (LES) systems, specializing in areas such as inventory traceability and process tracking.
