James Reardon has held various leadership roles in the payment processing industry. James started in 1993 as Vice President of Operations at Lynk Systems, Inc., where they remained until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as Vice President of Regional Sales Support at RBS WorldPay, Inc. In 2006, Reardon became the President & COO of Lakeside Ventures, LLC for a year. Since 2010, they have been the Vice President of Operations at MainStream Merchant Services, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing various payment processing solutions.

James Reardon attended Liberty University from 2008 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion.
