Matt McCollum began their work experience as a Nursing Home Administrator at Blue Ridge of Sumter LLC in 2011, where they provided guidance in operations and regulatory compliance for a 96-bed SNF. Matt exceeded budgeted NOI by over two million dollars during their five-year tenure.

In 2016, Matt moved to Midlands Health and Rehabilitation Center as a Nursing Home Administrator, where they provided guidance in operations and regulatory compliance for an 88-bed SNF. Matt implemented a new system for referral to admission transition, resulting in increased ADC and NOI.

In 2017, Matt joined Pruitthealth Blythewood as a Nursing Home Administrator. Matt achieved significant results during their time there, including increasing ADC and skilled ADC, and clearing a complaint survey with eleven tags and 3 G level deficiencies.

Afterwards, Matt worked as a Nursing Home Administrator at Ridgeway Manor Healthcare Center LLC from 2017 to 2021.

In 2021, Matt became a Nursing Home Administrator at Brian Center / St Andrews, LLC.

Most recently, Matt is serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Mainstay Senior Living, starting in March 2022.
