Kelly Kreul is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Case Management Nurse at Pinnacle Home Care since December 2022, Kelly is responsible for the management of Assisted Living Facility (ALF) and orthopedic patients, as well as staff education. Previously, Kelly held roles such as Regional MDS Coordinator at Mainstay Senior Living, Regional Director of Clinical Services at Greenbrier Senior Living, and RN Senior Consultant at Wipfli LLP. Kelly's earlier experience includes leadership positions as Director of Nursing at both Mary-Jude Nursing Home and Congregational Home, in addition to coordinating Medicare and MDS assessments at Five Star Quality Care. Kelly also provided on-call triage services as an RN at Home Care Medical. Educational background includes a Registered Nurse degree from Waukesha County Technical College and studies in General Nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
