Doug Arthur has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Doug is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Mainstay since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Adoption Services at the same company, where they led the Adoption practice focusing on implementing new technology in daily workflows. Doug also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Technology Adoption Group, where they helped companies achieve a return on their technology investment by facilitating behavioral change and measuring outcomes.

Before joining Mainstay and starting their own company, Doug worked at Cisco for several years in various roles. Doug served as a Sr. Manager, leading a diverse international team focused on client success and expansion of services globally. Doug also worked as an Engagement Manager, working closely with Fortune 500 clients to implement consulting solutions. Earlier in their career, Doug held roles as a Sr. Business Consultant and Sr. Marketing Consultant at Cisco.

Prior to their time at Cisco, Doug worked as a Consultant at Hewlett-Packard.

Doug Arthur attended Punahou School from 1982 to 1984, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Oregon State University from 1984 to 1988.
