Rashmi Joshi is a seasoned Quality Management professional with extensive experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Manager QMS at Mainspring Energy since July 2022, Rashmi leads the organization in aligning cross-functional team requirements with QMS standards, promoting a quality culture, and implementing internal audit programs. Previously, as the Regional Manager-Quality at KP LLC, Rashmi provided leadership across multiple facilities, managed ISO certifications, and facilitated quality issue resolution. Rashmi's earlier roles include Manager Quality Assurance at FlashRite Inc., Manager of Sales, Technical Support, and Marketing at International Microsystems, and various engineering positions specializing in VLSI design. Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on VLSI ASIC design from San Jose State University, along with several other technical qualifications in VLSI.
