John U. has had a wide range of work experience. John founded Mainseed Research Group in 2018 and served as its Founder/C.E.O, providing a variety of clinical research services. In 2019, they founded the John Ughulu Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing assistance and coaching programs for youth. John also co-founded and served as President of Cornerstone Christian University CCU in 2020. Prior to these ventures, they worked as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at CROMSOURCE from 2017 to 2023 and as a Real Estate Sales Person at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers from 2015 to 2017. John was the Chief Executive Officer of Jomani Investments LTD. from 2010 to 2015 and Head of Strategy at All stars Hotel from 2000 to 2009.

John U. has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, and a Master's degree in Christian Entrepreneurship from Higher Place Christian University. John also has a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Entrepreneurship and an honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Leadership and Business from Higher Place Christian University. John U. has completed a certificate in Life Coaching from New Skills Academy, and obtained a license as a Real Estate Sales Person from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. John also completed Les Brown's Power Voice System through Les Brown International in August 2020.
