Russ S. has more than 35 years of work experience, with a diverse background in various industries. Russ started their career as a Chemical Engineer at Solvay Engineered Polymers in 1984 and worked there until 1988. Russ then joined DSM Chemicals North America as a Production Manager, where they stayed until 2000. Russ then transitioned to Integrated Business Systems and Services as a Technical Services Specialist from 2000 to 2005. After that, they worked as a Software Consultant at Infor Software Solutions (formerly Datastream) from 2005 to 2008. Since 2008, Russ has been with Mainsaver Software, initially serving as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant until 2017, when they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Professional Services.

Russ S. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.
