Jill Mapoles possesses extensive experience in human resources and disability adjudication. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant and Benefit Administrator at Mainroad Group since May 2004, Jill has developed strong skills in employee benefits management. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Manulife Financial from March 1989 to January 2004 as a Disability Adjudicator, where effective problem solving and decision making contributed to significant cost reductions for employers through the efficient processing of disability claims. Jill's educational background includes a Medical Office Assistant program completed at Capilano University between 1988 and 1989.
