Jad Ibrahim has been in the professional workforce since 2013, when they began working as a Sales Associate for Bell. In 2015, they moved to Fido Mobile, where they continued in the same role. In 2019, Jad began working as a Lead Generation for American Express, and also started working as an Account Manager for BMO Financial Group. Currently, Jad is an Account Manager for MainMicro Technologies Corporation.

Jad Ibrahim attended New Horizons of Minnesota from 2003 to 2003, where they studied Information Technology. Jad also attended Vanier College, where they studied Humanities/Humanistic Studies. In addition, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification from the New Horizons Computer Learning Center of St. Louis in May 2003. Jad is currently attending Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al.
