Keri Erickson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Keri started their career as the Director of Sales at White Lodging Services Corporation in March 1997, where they worked until October 2006. In October 2006, Keri joined Arrow Electronics Inc, Enterprise Computing Solutions as an Inside Sales Representative Senior for the IBM Group. Keri was responsible for sales support, account management, and customer service activities. In July 2014, they were promoted to the role of Partner Specialist / Inside Sales Account Manager for the IBM Group. In this position, Keri managed accounts and opportunities, quoted new hardware attach services, renewed maintenance annuities, and provided training as a Team Lead for the Technology Support Services inside sales team. Keri was also a Subject Matter Expert on IBM processes and tools. Keri currently works as a Maintenance Sales Specialist at Mainline Information Systems, starting in December 2021.
Keri Erickson completed their Associate's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional and Tourism Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1996 to 1999. Keri also obtained several additional certifications from IBM, including IBM Certified Specialist - IBM U.S. Technical Support Services V2 in July 2015, IBM Certified Specialist - U.S. Technical Support Services Level 1 in February 2013, and IBM Certified Specialist - U.S. Technical Support Services Level 2 in February 2013.
