Kayley Rose is an experienced professional with a background in policy analysis and risk management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Mainland Advanced Research Society (MARS) since January 2023, Kayley also leads the Human Risk Management Team at Mirai Security Inc. since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Kayley held multiple positions at Rogers Communications from July 2013 to October 2020, including Senior Analyst of Continuous Improvement, where skills in Lean Six Sigma were applied to enhance customer service efficiency, and Senior Policy Analyst, overseeing the development and maintenance of critical customer-impacting policies. Kayley holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a degree in Public Relations from McMaster University.
