Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Counsel, Legal at Saratech, overseeing all legal affairs of the company and ensuring compliance with government contracting rules. Ali also worked as a Legal Counsel at Cylance Inc., where they played a key role in drafting and negotiating contracts and implementing contract lifecycle management systems. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Salek Law Firm and gained experience in civil litigation, commercial transactions, and real estate. Ali also served as a Law Clerk at Mirhosseini & Associates, performing legal research and assisting with case strategy. Before entering the legal field, Ali worked as a Lead Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, where they trained technicians and oversaw team operations.
