Andrew Myers is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate brokerage with extensive experience in retail, office, industrial, land, mixed-use, special purpose, and investment properties. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Main Street Realtors since May 2015, Andrew focuses on the leasing and sales of various commercial properties. As a landlord, property manager, and investor for 7523 LLC since March 2007, responsibilities include marketing, lease negotiations, tenant improvements, and property management. Previously, Andrew held the position of Vice President at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. from September 2003 to November 2013. Andrew holds a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University and has completed real estate education at Chamberlin Real Estate School and Alpha College of Real Estate, while also being a Certified Commercial Investment Member since 2005.
