Annie Morefield has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Annie started their career as an intern at the Harristown Corporation, where they were involved in promoting social and economic activity in downtown Harrisburg. Annie then worked as an intern at Yonward Inc., contributing to the development of a mobile app for sharing interactive guides. Annie later gained experience as a Summer Associate at Navigant and as a Blog Operations Fellow at Sense and Sustainability.

Annie's career in healthcare consulting began at Navigant, where they initially served as a Consultant before progressing to the role of Senior Consultant. Annie then joined Guidehouse as a Senior Consultant, specializing in managing operational improvement projects for hospitals. Annie eventually became a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, overseeing teams and maintaining client relationships.

In addition to their consulting roles, Annie served as the Treasurer of Women in Healthcare, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on women's development in the healthcare industry. Annie successfully boosted the organization's operating income by implementing new budgetary policies.

Most recently, Annie joined Main Street Health as the VP of Operations, a leadership position within the company. This comprehensive and diverse experience has provided Annie with a strong foundation in operations, management, and consulting.

Annie Morefield pursued their education at Harvard University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Annie'sstudies covered fields such as Economics, French, and Psychology. Following this, Annie enrolled at Harvard Business School from 2021 to 2023, with an aim to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
