Nate Searles has had a diverse work experience over the years. Nate started working as an Event Coordinator at You Can Do It! Sports and Life Centre in 1999, a role they held until 2001. From there, they worked at Boys and Girls Clubs of Summit County as a Development Director from 2001 to 2005. Nate then joined Main Street Gourmet, where they initially served as the Director of National Accounts, handling sales for National Accounts in the bakery and dessert category. In 2013, they were promoted to Director of Sales, overseeing the sales and customer service departments. In this role, Nate manages over 20 accounts and is responsible for generating over $9 million in sales.

Nate Searles attended Bowling Green State University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Education. During their time at the university, Nate focused on a major in Sport Management and a minor in Marketing.
