Robin Sussman CPCU, ARM, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Product Owner and previously in various roles at Main Street America Insurance since February 2014, Robin has demonstrated expertise in business technology consulting and commercial lines analysis. Prior roles include AVP of Personal Lines Underwriting Services at Sunshine State Insurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed developing underwriting philosophies and managing vendor oversight. Earlier positions at The Main Street America Group and Kemper Insurance involved leading strategic projects, managing underwriting teams across multiple states, and contributing to profitability through effective underwriting guidelines and training programs. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from St. John Fisher University.
