Dayne Botha is an experienced professional in the fields of transportation planning and geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as the Network Area Performance Manager at Main Roads Western Australia since April 2022. Previously, Dayne held the position of Senior Transportation Planner at Aurecon from May 2016 to April 2022, focusing on database development, data acquisition, quality control, spatial planning, cartography, and reporting. Prior to that, as a GIS Specialist at RAMM Technologies from February 2013 to April 2016, responsibilities included data acquisition, manipulation, project management, and research and development in mobile computing and RFID technology. Dayne's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geographic Information Science and Cartography and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons. in Geography, Environmental Management, and GIS from the University of the Free State.
