Rosa Peralta has over three decades of nursing experience, currently serving as the RN Team Leader at Maimonides Medical Center since August 1991, overseeing the operations of an 8,000 birth labor and delivery unit. Prior to this role, Rosa worked as a Staff Nurse at Bellevue Hospital Center from June 1990 to July 1991, providing direct patient care to high-risk antepartum and intrapartum patients. Rosa holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from LIU Brooklyn, completed in 2013, and a degree from The City College of New York obtained between 1987 and 1990.
