Judah Eisner currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel at Maimonides Medical Center since April 2021, overseeing a portfolio that includes financing, real estate, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and digital health. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Hebrew Academy of Nassau County from August 2012 to August 2022, and Senior Attorney at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., where Judah advised clients in health care and business practice groups. Additional legal roles span several firms, including Nadich Wurman Birnbaum & Maday LLP, Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, focusing on corporate transactions, securities litigations, and representation of private equity and hedge fund investors. Judah Eisner received a law degree from Cardozo School of Law in 2007.
